Hi, I'm Claire

I've spent 15 years coaching leaders, executives, and communicators who need to show up powerfully in high-stakes moments. I've worked with speakers at TED, Google I/O, Adobe Summit, and SXSW, helping them find their authentic voice and communicate with presence when it matters most.

I specialize in using improvisation, storytelling, and embodiment to help people communicate and lead authentically. My approach focuses on presence over performance, on trusting yourself enough to show up as who you actually are.

I'm also a recovering perfectionist, an Alameda resident, and a parent who practices this work every day. I know what it's like to overthink, to feel the gap between who you are and how you think you should show up. I created Improv Central because I needed this practice myself.

I believe you already know how to communicate powerfully. My job is to create space for you to trust that.
